What is the APEC Card or ABTC??

APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) facilitates short-term business travel within the APEC region by streamlining the entry process into APEC economies. APEC cardholders are not required to apply for a visa. This card is a short-term business visa. It is very comfortable to use this card together with a passport to enter Thailand.

What are the advantages of an APEC Card or ABTC card?

Travel within the APEC region whose name display on the back of the card to do short-term business without spending time to apply for a visa each time.
The immigration process is more convenient and faster. The cardholders are permitted to enter APEC Lanes for fast track immigration processing at APEC member's international airports.
The APEC Card or ABTC card is valid for up to 5 years, and the passport must be valid for at least 5 years.*

*If the passport is valid for less than 5 years, the APEC Card or ABTC card will be the same age as that of the passport.

** However, the passport used for the application must have at least 1 year remaining.
